We have a current opening for a Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our growth marketing initiatives by creating compelling content, designing on-brand visual assets, and executing social media strategies that engage and grow our audience. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys contributing to both strategy and hands-on execution.
In this role, you will:
- Content Creation
- Develop and write content for blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Support the creation of messaging and copy for product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, customer success) to gather insights and translate them into impactful marketing assets.
- Graphic Design
- Design marketing collateral including social graphics, landing pages, email templates, and event materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Assist in developing creative concepts for campaigns alongside the Sr. Director of Demand Generation.
- Social Media Marketing
- Manage day-to-day scheduling, publishing, and monitoring across social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Bluesky, Facebook).
- Support social content planning, including brainstorming, drafting captions, coordinating assets, and identifying engagement opportunities.
- Track platform performance and assist with reporting and optimization recommendations.
- Campaign Support & Coordination
- Assist with executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Help manage project timelines, creative production workflows, and interdepartmental communication.
- Support event marketing, webinars, and partnerships as needed.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media management, or related roles, preferable within B2B SaaS and/or eCommerce.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and basic analytics.
- Familiarity with CMS, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 annually (varying based on experience and skillset)
