Exciting Opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator!

Are you a highly organized, proactive, and empathetic marketing professional with a passion for event production? Transnetyx is seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a hybrid optional role located in Cordova, TN! Just two days a week in the office.

Location: Optional Hybrid - onsite two days a week, remotely three days a week.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our sales, marketing, and event efforts, reporting to the VP of Product Marketing & Design. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and manage a diverse range of marketing initiatives, including:

  • Event Management: Overseeing the development and execution of internal and external events, including our Tier 1 tradeshow strategy, sponsorships, and memberships. You'll also assist with contract negotiations and analyze event ROI.
  • Marketing Support: Researching market needs, maintaining brand consistency, supporting digital marketing efforts, and contributing to marketing goals across our service portfolio. You'll also collaborate with designers and assist in developing compelling internal and external content.
  • Data Analysis & Operations: Performing data entry and cleanup in CRM and order management systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, YX Order Manager), maintaining marketing supplies and collateral, and managing online document libraries and contact lists.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in event planning, digital marketing, business administration, and data management.
  • A strong understanding of service and administrative principles.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A genuine interest and expertise in high-visibility event production.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Familiarity with data/leads management, project management, and sales/marketing software (listed in the full job description).
  • An Associate degree with a relevant technical certification (Bachelor's or Master's preferred in marketing, hospitality, project management, or a related field).
  • A background in science (chemistry, biology, engineering, etc.) and/or visual and multimedia design experience is a plus!
