Position Summary
Savillex is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our digital marketing strategy with a strong focus on website optimization, SEO, paid digital campaigns, analytics, and eCommerce performance. This role is ideal for a data‑driven marketer who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and thrives in a technical, B2B environment.
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving traffic, lead generation, and online revenue while continuously improving the customer experience across Savillex’s digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Website & SEO
- Lead ongoing website optimization initiatives to improve user experience, conversion rates, and search visibility
- Own SEO strategy, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical SEO, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and consistent content
Paid Digital Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting, display)
- Manage budgets, targeting, and creative testing to maximize ROI and lead quality
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business priorities
Analytics & Performance Measurement
- Own Google Analytics and related tools to track, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance
- Develop dashboards and insights that inform marketing decisions and continuous improvement
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for growth
eCommerce Management
- Ensure accurate flow of eCommerce sales, orders, and data across platforms and internal systems
- Identify and execute opportunities to grow online store revenue through UX improvements, SEO, paid campaigns, and merchandising
- Manage and optimize Savillex’s eCommerce experience, focusing on usability, conversion, and customer journey
- Monitor product listings, navigation, and merchandising in collaboration with product and operations teams
- Support initiatives that increase online engagement, orders, and customer satisfaction
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing communications, product management, sales, and external partners
- Ensure digital programs align with brand, regulatory considerations, and global business goals
Skills & Knowledge Required
Digital Marketing Expertise
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy across owned and paid channels
- Hands‑on experience with SEO, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical SEO, and performance monitoring
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting, display)
Website & eCommerce Management
- Experience managing and optimizing B2B websites with a focus on UX, conversion, and performance
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and workflows, including product setup, pricing, promotions, checkout, and order flow
- Ability to ensure accurate eCommerce sales execution, reporting, and data integrity
- Experience driving online revenue growth through data‑driven optimization
Analytics & Performance Measurement
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and related tracking tools
- Ability to analyze digital performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Comfort building dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports for marketing and leadership stakeholders
Content & Collaboration
- Understanding of how content supports SEO, demand generation, and conversion
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with product, sales, operations, and external vendors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical or regulated environments
Business & Industry Acumen
- Understanding of B2B marketing, complex sales cycles, and technical products
- Life sciences, bioprocessing, or industrial B2B experience preferred but not required
- Appreciation for compliance, accuracy, and brand consistency in regulated markets
Professional Skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Self‑directed, comfortable working remotely in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
- Continuous‑improvement mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands‑on ownership of websites, SEO, paid media, and analytics
- Strong experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and digital advertising platforms
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred
- Master’s degree in Marketing or related discipline
- Experience in life sciences, bioprocessing, pharmaceuticals, or other technical B2B industries (preferred, not required)
- Experience supporting or managing B2B eCommerce platforms
Compensation & Benefits
- Target salary range: $85,000 - $95,000, commensurate with experience
