Role Overview

We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to own and scale our customer growth engine. This role is responsible for driving qualified lead generation, improving lead-to-customer conversion, and building a scalable, data-driven customer pipeline that fuels predictable growth.

This is a builder role, you’ll design the strategy, execute hands-on in the early stages, and evolve the system as the company scales. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, the ability to think big, and the willingness to roll up their sleeves to help scale this team.

About the Company

At WealthRabbit, our mission is simple–make retirement planning accessible, affordable, and stress-free for small businesses and the people who power them.

Only a fraction of small employers offer retirement benefits today, not because they don’t care, but because traditional options are expensive, complex, and time-consuming. We built WealthRabbit to change that.

Founded by CPAs and technologists who’ve spent over a decade working alongside small business owners, WealthRabbit was born from the same conversation we heard again and again: “We want to offer retirement benefits, but we just can’t afford it or figure it out.”

That’s why we built a better solution. One that’s easy to use, transparent in pricing, secure by design, and genuinely focused on the needs of small teams. Our platform helps business owners support their employees’ futures without adding administrative burden to their day.

We’re a collaborative, customer-first team that values clarity, trust, and smart growth. If you’re excited about building meaningful technology, simplifying complex problems, and helping small businesses thrive, you’ll feel right at home here.

  • Test, iterate, and scale channels based on performance and ROI
  • Partner with support/sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up

Conversion Optimization

  • Optimize onboarding, nurture, and conversion flows across the customer journey
  • Build and manage lifecycle marketing programs (email, in-app, automation)

  • Own key conversion metrics (MQL SQL Customer, activation rates, CAC, LTV)

Data, Analytics & Insights

  • Define and track KPIs across the funnel
  • Build dashboards and reporting to measure pipeline health and growth efficiency
  • Use insights to inform strategy, prioritize initiatives, and forecast growth

Brand & Go-to-Market Support

  • Ensure consistent messaging across acquisition and conversion channels
  • Support product launches/enhancements and go-to-market initiatives
  • Translate product value into clear, compelling customer narratives

Selective Events & Field Growth

  • Identify and attend a small, high-impact set of industry events that directly support lead generation and partnerships
  • Be intentional about events, quality over quantity
  • Work events end-to-end: pre-event outreach, on-site conversations, and post-event follow-up to drive pipeline
  • Use events as a learning channel to validate messaging, ICP fit, and market signals

Team & Vendor Management

  • Hire, manage, and mentor marketing team members as the company scales
  • Manage agencies, contractors, and tools as needed
  • Build repeatable processes and playbooks for future growth

Required Qualifications
