A fast-growing, venture-backed medical device company is seeking a Director of Enterprise Marketing to lead enterprise-focused commercial marketing initiatives. The company develops diagnostic technologies used by healthcare providers and health systems to improve decision-making and patient outcomes.

The Role:

The Director of Enterprise Marketing will own the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that drive awareness, demand generation, and adoption across enterprise healthcare segments.

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role responsible for defining enterprise positioning, messaging, segmentation, and campaign execution to support pipeline growth and accelerate complex enterprise sales cycles.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth environments, can translate complex clinical and technical value propositions into compelling narratives, and can operationalize marketing strategies that drive measurable commercial results.

This role partners closely with Sales, Product, Clinical, and Business Development leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly align with enterprise growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute enterprise marketing strategy across health systems, provider organizations, and strategic enterprise accounts
  • Translate clinical, operational, and economic value into differentiated enterprise positioning and messaging
  • Lead market segmentation, ideal customer profiling, and account targeting strategies aligned with sales priorities
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified enterprise pipeline
  • Partner with Sales on account-based marketing strategies to shorten sales cycles and increase deal velocity
  • Develop value-based narratives tailored to clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders
  • Support enterprise product launches with strong commercialization messaging
  • Oversee development of thought leadership, case studies, and enterprise collateral
  • Track and optimize marketing performance based on pipeline contribution and adoption metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between market opportunity and product strategy
  • Strengthen enterprise brand presence within the healthcare ecosystem

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise marketing, healthcare marketing, or commercial marketing leadership roles
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to health systems, provider networks, or enterprise healthcare buyers
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, enterprise buying processes, and value-based selling
  • Proven ability to translate complex clinical or technical solutions into compelling market messaging
  • Experience partnering directly with enterprise sales teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue
  • Background in digital health, medical device, life sciences, or healthcare SaaS environments
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
  • Preferred

    • Startup or scaling company experience
    • Familiarity with clinical evidence-based marketing
