About the Role
PKWARE is seeking a strategic and results-driven Content Marketing Lead to design, execute, and optimize content that drives awareness, engagement, and revenue growth for our cybersecurity solutions. You’ll shape our content marketing strategy, creating compelling stories that resonate with prospects and customers across all our marketing channels, and aligning content initiatives with our overall business objectives.
You’ll collaborate closely with sales and customer success to ensure our messaging supports every stage of the buyer journey. If you’re passionate about content that converts, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in the cybersecurity space, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Development
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive content marketing strategy to support PKWARE’s growth objectives.
- Write and edit engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, emails, newsletters, ads, case studies, webinars, etc.) in PKWARE’s voice and style.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical alliances and partnerships, and industry experts to develop thought leadership content and increase brand awareness.
- Align messaging to the buyer journey, driving prospects from awareness to decision.
- Own the editorial calendar, managing deadlines for creation, publication, and promotion.
- Monitor and report on content marketing KPIs (organic traffic, conversions, engagement).
Product Marketing Support
- Support product launches and updates with clear, impactful content and messaging.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform positioning and share insights across teams.
- Develop sales enablement content such as buyer’s guides, playbooks, and customer case studies.
SEO & Web Content
- Define and execute on PKWARE’s SEO and GEO strategy, including keyword research and content optimization.
- Create and optimize content to improve organic visibility and lead generation.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and share of voice in LLMs, and report on performance.
Social Media
- Build a social media strategy that aligns with PKWARE’s brand and audience.
- Repurpose long-form content for various platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with proven impact on pipeline and revenue.
- Experience in cybersecurity or data security for enterprise SaaS, and a deep understanding of the topics and tone of voice that resonate with that market.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across digital formats.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush) and analytics platforms (GSC, GA4) as well as with Microsoft Office suite.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Working Conditions
