PKWARE is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you’ll be the technical face of PKWARE—partnering with Sales Directors to understand customer needs, craft tailored cybersecurity solutions and demonstrate the value of our products and services.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver product presentations and demos tailored to customer needs.
• Translate complex cybersecurity solutions into clear, actionable insights.
• Scope and lead Proofs of Value (POVs) to showcase product impact.
• Create architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and provide consultative guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay current on cybersecurity trends, compliance standards, and emerging technologies.
• Represent PKWARE at trade shows, webinars, and industry events.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in pre-sales, solution engineering, software architecture, or consulting—preferably in cybersecurity.
• Strong technical background in cybersecurity technologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Experience selling to enterprise-level customers.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FIPS, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, SOX, etc.).
