About the Role:

As a Revenue Operations and Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting PKWARE Sales and Cybersecurity Solutions Delivery teams in their efforts to drive and retain revenue of PKWARE’s software platform. You will report directly to the Divisional VP, Sales and Revenue Operations.

The goal of this role is to ensure our sales and cybersecurity solutions delivery teams operate with maximum efficiency and effectiveness and to optimize processes to accelerate our sales growth and customer retention.

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of operational and project coordination tasks, including:

Reporting and Analytics

  • Generate timely, accurate reports in Excel to support decision-making.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce.com dashboards and reports.

Revenue Operations

  • Create quotes in Salesforce CPQ and manage order processing
  • Maintain Salesforce.com data hygiene and train sales representatives on Salesforce.com processes
  • Develop compensation plans, publish win announcements, and update territory maps
  • Serve as the administrator for tools including SalesLoft, Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Project Coordination

  • Manage project timelines, checklists, scheduling, and calendars to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Align internal communications and documentation across sales and onboarding and customer success teams

Process Optimization

  • Document and streamline processes from presales to post sales and customer advocacy
  • Facilitate smooth handoffs between teams throughout the customer lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field required.
  • Expert in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Outstanding knowledge of additional MS office solutions and Outlook
  • 3+ years’ experience in Salesforce.com and CPQ
  • Experience in software industry and with Jira, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clari a plus
