PKWARE is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist to join our commercial team. The Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist will play a critical role in establishing credibility and confidence with PKWARE customers and prospects by demonstrating and presenting the value of PKWARE products, services, and thought leadership in the cybersecurity market.

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions and demonstrate the value of PKWARE products and offerings. You and the Sales Director will be the primary contacts on new deals, providing insight into our product capabilities, documenting customer’s cybersecurity needs and how to best deliver value on these needs.

In this role, you will…

  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to our customer/prospects requirements and tuned to suit the level and nature of the audience
  • Understand the cybersecurity ecosystem to identify problems and generate creative solutions for our customers
  • Build technical proficiency with PKWARE products and provide consultative guidance to our customers
  • Document, propose and demonstrate solutions to customers based on customer needs and cybersecurity trends
  • Manage relationships with product teams & decision makers both internally and externally
  • Provide technical support and guidance during the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs and RFIs
  • Create design and architecture diagrams based on customer requirements and make them part of an effective presentation
  • Scope and conduct Proofs of Values (POVs) based on the customer requirements
  • Deliver webinars and seminars on PKWARE technology and/or industry best practices around cybersecurity
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging technology in the cybersecurity space
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences and other events to promote PKWARE

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solution engineering, or consulting role within the cybersecurity domain
  • Strong technical background with experience in cybersecurity technologies and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to deliver executive level communications required to properly articulate challenges and frame solutions in an actionable manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience speaking engagingly and clearly to both technical and business audiences.
  • Skilled at selling to enterprise-level customers.
  • Experience in cybersecurity space and understanding of industry standards and financial and/or healthcare compliance (NIST, FIPS, CCPA, PCI, TISAX, GDPR, HIPAA, ITAR, SOX, etc.)
