See open jobs at PKWARE.See open jobs similar to "Regional Sales Director" Thompson Street Capital Partners.The Northeast Regional Sales Director is an individual contributor and is responsible for new logo revenue generation within a defined territory for all PK Protect solutions, including PK Protect Endpoint Manager, PK Protect Data Store Manager, and PK Protect for z/OS.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives by selling all PK Protect solutions, including PK Protect Endpoint Manager, PK Protect Data Store Manager, and PK Protect for z/OS.
- Use MEDDPICC sales methodology and the PKWARE sales process to sell enterprise data security solutions.
- Acquire and integrate industry and vertical market knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.
- Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline that drives sales activities, ensuring that revenue goals are exceeded.
- Disciplined and accurate reporting of opportunity pipeline and sales activities into Salesforce.
- Maintain and drive a high level of sales activities
- Develop strategy and sales plan for each opportunity, align and coordinate all resources to execute the sales plan and progress the opportunity to closure.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of software sales experience with a successful track record in selling complex solutions to the c-suite of Fortune 500 firms
- Cyber security industry experience required
- Successful track record selling into PKWARE’s key verticals, such as Banking and Financial Services, Insurance and Healthcare
- Demonstrated expertise in co-selling with Partners
- Located in northeast region

- Organized, with well-developed verbal, written and telephone communication skills
- Proficient at identifying, engaging, and developing a coach and coaching network to gain access to buyers
- Proficient in sales enablement technology such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn
