About the Role:

The Specialty Outside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients across the United States. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
