Sales Supervisor – Pest Control
Role Summary
The Sales Supervisor leads a team of pest control sales representatives while also maintaining their own revenue and customer targets and reports directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, coach, and develop a team.
- Attain individual and team revenue and customer targets.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales huddles focused on KPIs, pipeline health, and activity expectations.
- Perform ride-alongsand field coaching to improve closing skills, inspection quality, and customer experience.
- Ensure CRM compliance,accuratedocumentation, and consistent follow-up cadence.
- Provide performance feedback and ongoing skill development.
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Individual Sales Execution
- Maintain an individual monthly revenue quota.
- Conduct inspections, prepare proposals, and close residential and/or commercial accounts.
- Manage personalpipeline, follow-up cadence, and territory planning.
- Represent the company at community events, networking opportunities, and partner meetings.
Reporting & Accountability
- Track team KPIs including lead conversion, inspection rate, close rate, revenue, and activity metrics.
- Provide weekly performance summaries to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, pricing guidelines, and brand standards.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and marketing tooptimizelead flow and customer experience.
- Communicate field insights to leadership to improve processes, pricing, and service offerings.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of pest control or home services sales experience (preferred).
- Prior leadership, team lead, or mentoring experience.
- Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial pest control sales cycles.
- Proficiencywith CRM systems and structured sales processes.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the field.
