Key Responsibilities:

The Service Supervisor role will lead a team of Termite Control Specialists to from their use records, quality control onsite, ensure the fleet is up to date on maintenance, etc. The role will be both in the office and in the field.

• Manage day to day operations.
• Oversee pretreatments
• Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections for pests.
• Communicate effective solutions for customer needs. One-time to continual maintenance.
• Provide estimates timely.
• Apply pesticides according to schedule, Safety procedures and label instructions.
• Maintain inventory of pesticides, and all supplies needed to perform daily duties.
• Continually build your knowledge of pest control inspection processes, procedures, and methods.
• Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly.
• Assist with generating new sales leads.
• Any other Pest Control Technician duties assigned by Manager.
• Able to read labels

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous pest control and/or Termite experience
• Strong verbal, written and in person communication skills.
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Self-motivated.
• Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
• Pass a background check, drug screen and physical exam.
