You will be responsible for "creating estimates, updating excel reports, reviewing work orders, etc.
- Creating and sending bids to customers.
- Communicating with customers about the bids, answering questions, inputting pricing adjustments.
- Using gps software for vehicle tracking.
- Using scheduling software for creating service routes.
Requirements:
- Communication - strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service - positive "can-do" attitude
- Computer skills -
- Extensive Microsoft Office Suite - daily use of Word for creating bids, communications.
- Excel - spreadsheets are part of the daily data entry and customer job details that are tracked.
- Dispatch experience preferred
