Location: Tinton Falls, NJ
Position Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
The Office Manager is responsible for managing, developing and implementing the administrative operations, standards and procedures for a business unit, as well as supervising the customer service and administration staff. Specifically:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with vendors
- Manage Customer Service Representative’s day to day activities, schedules, performance and discipline
- Review employee hours daily and verify punch times with GPS software.
- Track and report daily revenue numbers, calculate commissions, and provide month end support
- Accurately complete all month end billing through PestPac system along with supporting Excel files
- Manage all business unit financial records and reporting, including but not limited to credit, past due account management, deposits, invoicing, accounts payable management. Coordinate with corporate Finance to ensure accurate and timely financial record keeping.
- Process receivables for outstanding invoices (i.e. sending statements, phone calls and email)
- Review, approve and submit accurate and timely semi-monthly timecards and payroll data with tight timelines
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies and procedures
- Work on projects as defined for corporate accounting, payroll and management
- Manage all business unit mail distribution
- Provide technician support of systems and vehicle management
- Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the Company

Benefits are effective on the 1st of the month following the date of hire.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Accounting degree or equivalent bookkeeping experience strongly preferred
- 2-5 years Management experience
- 2-3 years bookkeeping experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage competing projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to lead, build, and manage teams
