We are building a more repeatable commercial engine across our eClinical and Recruit businesses, with a new lightweight EDC offering also emerging as a growth lever.
About the Role and Team:
The Digital Advertising Associate will play a key role in helping our researchers reach their patient enrollment goals by building and managing impactful digital advertising campaigns across a portfolio of clients. This includes collaborating on creative ad development, developing screening form questionnaires based on study recruitment needs, analyzing campaign data to uncover insights, and continuously ideating on ways to improve lead quality and performance. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams. They are a natural problem solver who gets excited when challenged, has a genuine curiosity for data and what it reveals, and consistently brings fresh and innovative ideas to the table without hesitation. - Location: Fully Remote in the U.S.
- Status: Full-time, Exempt
- Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager
- Compensation: Base Salary Range= $60,000.00 - $70,000.00. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 5% of the base salary.
What You Will Do:
Own the day-to-day management of a portfolio of paid advertising campaigns including campaign creation, optimization, and creative testing
Proactively identify problems and the best advertising tactics to improve campaign performance, increase efficiency, and enhance lead quality
Manage ad spend to ensure campaigns stay on budget while hitting performance targets
Provide guidance for campaign content creation including ads, web pages, and screening forms
Support marketing efforts, plans, and strategies through the creation, implementation, and execution of various digital marketing projects
Work closely with the Customer Success team to provide updates and ensure they are kept apprised of all developments that may impact campaign performance
Perform quality assurance checks across all creative assets and campaign setups prior to launch, ensuring accuracy and functionality
Contribute to product development by generating innovative ideas for new product features, enhancing marketing analytics, and optimizing study performance
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience in digital marketing
2+ years of professional experience in a digital marketing role
Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) and a solid understanding of paid digital channels including social, search, display, and video
A track record of driving leads through paid advertising while successfully managing multiple campaigns or clients
Confident in synthesizing complex or technical information into clear, compelling ad copy and messaging
Genuinely curious about data and enjoy digging into performance metrics, drawing insights, and using what you find to make smarter decisions
Highly organized with the ability to manage several campaigns or initiatives concurrently without losing momentum
A strong communicator who collaborates well across teams and isn't shy about sharing ideas
Comfortable using AI tools and excited about how they can make your work sharper and more efficient
Always keeping an eye on what's new in digital advertising and eager to bring fresh thinking to the table
Preferred:
Experience with Google Ads or programmatic advertising platforms
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar
Experience in data analysis with the ability to interpret trends, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Experience with A/B testing and creative experimentation
