NOTICE OF FILING LABOR CONDITION APPLICATION

In compliance with Department of Labor requirements for employers petitioning for H-1B visas, this posting lists a position for which OpenClinica intends to hire H-1B employees. Candidate have already been selected to fill the position. The "Notice of Filing of H-1B Labor Condition Application" is not a posting for an open position.

OpenClinica, LLC seeks one H-1B nonimmigrant in the following occupation: Test/Quality
Engineer. Base salary would be between one-hundred two thousand five hundred sixty-six
dollars and one hundred thirty-five thousand dollars per year. Certification period requested will
be 10/01/2024 to 11/16/2025. Designated worksite: 163 Highland Ave, Needham, MA 02494
(Norfolk County).

The Labor Condition Application will be available for public inspection at the employer’s principal
place of business or a worksite of the H-1B nonimmigrant.

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the Labor Condition Application
and/or failure to comply with the terms of the Labor Condition Application may be filed with any
office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
