Portfolio Company Positions

Consultant will provide human resources advisory services as requested by NAM during the engagement period of 3 months at a pay rate of $7,000 per month. Services may include, but are not limited to:

• • Consult with hiring managers on talent acquisition priorities including refining job profiles, candidate sourcing and screening and process development and execution
  • Drive completion of our annual performance goal-setting process and help kick-off individual performance plans with leaders
  • Integrate a newly acquired business into our HR programs, operations and processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and implement best practices
  • Preparation of briefing materials, analysis, and recommendations for senior leadership
