In November of 2023, MediaRadar acquired Vivvix, a company offering competitive advertising intelligence across both digital and traditional media channels, such as mobile apps, streaming services, and social media. MediaRadar and Vivvix are both AI-powered platforms, with AI used to track and collect advertising insights across media channels, as well as to power sales recommendations and prospecting tools. Following the Transaction, MediaRadar’s expanded resources and capital will allow it to further invest in cutting-edge data and tech capabilities, building next-gen solutions that drive maximum value for its customers and cementing its position as the industry’s analytics leader.

We are looking for an Onboarding Associate – Publishers who will ensure our newest publisher partners have a smooth, engaging, and successful first experience with MediaRadar. This role will focus on guiding clients through their first 90 days, educating them on best practices, and setting them up for long-term success.

What You’ve Done:

  • Experience in client-facing or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS, advertising, or media.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and MS Office/Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with digital media, publishing, or advertising technology is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

Client Management & Education: Own the client relationship from the point of sale through Customer Success handoff (first 90 days).

  • Lead client kickoff calls, product trainings, chairsides, 30- and 60-day adoption calls, and partnership reviews.
  • Develop a deep understanding of publishers’ business needs and align MediaRadar’s platform with their goals.
  • Support clients in defining success milestones and achieving value with a high-touch, hands-on approach that builds confidence and independence.
  • Monitor client usage, proactively identify disengaged accounts or users, and drive re-engagement efforts.
  • Provide educational materials and best practices to help clients maximize outcomes.

Salesforce Management:

  • Track and manage all onboarding activities in Salesforce.
  • Update onboarding status, oversee client setup, and accurately log client goals, use cases, and interactions.

Client Handoff:

  • Confirm client satisfaction and adoption at the end of the onboarding process.
  • Seamlessly transition the partnership over to the account team with full context and documentation.
