As a Program Manager at MediaRadar, you will play a pivotal role in driving seamless integration and transformation initiatives. Your primary responsibility is to oversee these endeavors and report progress to stakeholders. You will be at the helm of individual projects and the broader program, encompassing various aspects of our commercial landscape, from organizational design to sales process enhancements and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Oversight: Supervise the commercial integration and transformation workstreams, offering insight and direction. Keep stakeholders informed about program and project advancements.
  • Project Management: Manage both individual projects and the overarching program. Expect a diverse array of projects, including organizational design, sales process refinements, incentive structure evolution, tech stack deployment, recognition and rewards programs, and product pricing and packaging adjustments.
  • Champion the Vision: Serve as the torchbearer for our commercial vision. Ensure that the program harmonizes with our company's go-to-market approach and overarching strategy.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions, including sales, marketing, customer success, finance, product management, and operations. Define project scope, set milestones, evaluate risks, and drive project success.
  • Effective Communication: Embed program highlights into communications with the commercial organization and other stakeholder groups, keeping everyone in the loop.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and seek support and sponsorship to address and mitigate them while maintaining momentum toward project milestones.
  • Change Management: Implement thoughtful measures to facilitate the organization's absorption of changes embedded in project deliverables and outcomes.
  • External Partnerships: When necessary, partner with external integration consultants, aligning on tracking systems and communication methods.
Requirements

What You’ve Done:

  • Commercial Background: Prior experience in SaaS and a history of working in a commercial organization or sales team.
  • Change Management: A background in acquisition integration or organizational transformation is highly valuable.
  • Proven Project Leadership: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a project manager, showcasing a successful track record of leading and delivering projects within scope, on time, and within budget. Preference for those with CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Project Management Tools: Demonstrated familiarity with project management tools, showcasing the ability to effectively utilize these platforms for project coordination and communication.
  • Process Improvement: Experience in documenting and enhancing business processes, with knowledge of LEAN methodology being a plus, indicating an ability to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Communication Skills: Display excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely is essential.
  • Prioritization and Decision-Making: Strong prioritization skills and the capability to make informed decisions aligned with strategic organizational guidance.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative spirit, with experience working with a variety of stakeholder functions and levels with ease.
