HR Generalist

Role Summary
Intellivo is seeking an HR Generalist that will serve as a key member of the People team, supporting day-to-day HR operations and partnering with managers and employees across the organization. This role is responsible for administering core HR programs, supporting employee relations, managing compliance requirements, and helping drive Intellivo’s culture of excellence and engagement. This position is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and enjoys balancing tactical execution with opportunities to shape strategic people initiatives
Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Support
- Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers, addressing HR inquiries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
- Support investigations and documentation for employee relations matters in partnership with HR leadership.
Talent & Onboarding
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Ensure employees are set up for success through effective integration into Intellivo’s culture and systems.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support benefits administration, leaves of absence, and compliance with state and federal regulations (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.).
- Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Performance & Culture
- Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
- Partner on engagement initiatives, culture-building events, and communication strategies.
- Assist in rolling out training and development initiatives.
HR Project Management
- Lead and support HR-related projects such as policy updates, process improvements, technology rollouts, and culture initiatives
- Collaborate across departments to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Track project progress and provide updates to HR leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HRBP capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth environment.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with BambooHR (or similar systems) a plus.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
