Role Summary
The Product Marketing Manager at Intellivo has a pivotal role focused on driving growth and establishing the company’s presence in the Healthcare RCM market. This role involves leading efforts to position Intellivo’s solutions for fast and accurate billing of accident-related medical expenses across key segments that include RCM companies, providers (healthcare systems, hospitals, and physician groups) and billing companies among others. The ideal candidate will have a deep understating of market opportunities and customer pain points, developing strategies and messaging that resonate with target audiences. Success in this role requires a collaborative, curious and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on innovation and a drive to move customers to action.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of Intellivo’s offering for the Healthcare RCM market, developing and executing the full-funnel marketing playbook. This entails:
- Developing in-depth buyer persona and ideal customer profiles across segments through voice of customer research and market insights
- Building Intellivo’s story and message for the Healthcare RCM market and how it speaks to the various market segments
- Planning and developing campaigns and creating repeatable, predictable marketing programs from concept and implementation to optimization
- Cultivating and developing substantive, thought leadership-based content marketing; the leader in this role must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-marketing strategy for Intellivo’s Healthcare RCM business with a focus on reaching, influencing and converting decision makers within multiple healthcare segments.
- Maintain a revenue growth mindset focused on the key metrics of meetings, opportunities generated and closed-won revenue.
- Partner with Sales to implement effective sales enablement, optimize inbound and outbound sales activities, and provide research, insights, materials to foster success
- Continuously monitor and report on all aspects of marketing performance; analyze results, assess ROI, and develop action plans for improvement
- Provide competitive intelligence on solutions in market and conduct research as needed
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Marketing to ensure Intellivo’s success in an emerging business.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Marketing or related roles required, working in the RCM industry is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and concise messaging.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in market research and competitive analysis
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset
