Role Summary
As the Recovery Supervisor - Payment, you will oversee a team responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payment posting. You will play a critical role in tracking performance metrics, maintaining regular communications with staff and management, and ensuring that all client reporting is delivered promptly and accurately. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the strategic goals of the department.

Responsibilities
- Ensure Accuracy and Timeliness of Payment Posting: Supervise the payment posting process, ensuring all entries are accurate and processed within established timeframes.
- Track and Manage Performance Metrics: Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payment accuracy and team efficiency.
- Client Reporting: Ensure that all client-facing reports are completed with precision and delivered on schedule.
- Meeting Cadence: Maintain regular meetings with staff, peers, and management to review performance, discuss changes, and promote staff development.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of recovery specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications

- BS/BA in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in payment recovery or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing a team, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and how to use data to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and provide clear direction.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
