This position will take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant. This senior role will operate more independently and will be responsible for driving sales/positive guest count, profitability, culture, positive KPIs, and marketing. This position will also provide mentorship and guidance to the other managers in the restaurant.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Restaurant management experience required.
• Strong business acumen; demonstrated ability to analyze business results.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of company policies/procedures, and culture.
• Sound leadership skills.
• Ability to influence diverse groups effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Outstanding guest service skills along with the ability to create and maintain a guest focused culture.
• Technically competent in all aspects of restaurant operating systems, learning systems and typical desktop software

Physical Requirements:

• Available a variety of hours to include evenings, nights and weekends.
• Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions.
• Stand, sit, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, occasionally use a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Talk and hear in person and over the phone.
• Read and disseminate information from printed sources and computer screens.
• Occasionally travel by automobile.
• Occasionally travel by airline.
