Freddy’s is looking for experienced supervisors who are responsible for supporting management with the day-to-day operations in the restaurant by providing leadership, motivating team members, and meeting operational expectations.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the floor during meal periods to ensure that Freddy's standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness are being followed
  • Correct operational mistakes with a goal of satisfying the guest
  • Provide motivational support to team members
  • Assist with management of team schedules
  • Exhibit leadership through a supportive presence during shifts
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors
  • Complete schedule inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; and serve as a role model
  • Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or injuries
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets
  • Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect
  • Ensure a hospitality focused culture
  • Support strategies to ensure operational progress, sales growth and employee retention
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):

  • Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekend
  • Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions
  • Will be required to lift up to 40 pounds during the course of a workday
  • Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder
