POSITION SUMMARY

This position helps coordinate, develop, and implement training resources and communication, through a variety of media, to ensure training department strategies are achieved.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Collaborates with cross-functional internal teams to develop internal videos
  • Supports the company’s initiatives by coordinating and producing various styles of training videos.
  • Looks for opportunities to improve the training materials with all types of media
  • Coordinates products, props, equipment, food, team members and other items necessary for video production shoot
  • Organizes pre-production, field shoots, and post-production phases of media projects, to include: obtaining releases, setting up and breaking down equipment
  • Shoots and edits creative video projects
  • Operates audio recording equipment and microphones
  • Organizes and archives footage and project files
  • Maintains and organizes video, audio and photography gear
  • Collaborates with training team in all phases of video production including ideation, script writing, and storyboarding
  • Coordinates multiple projects simultaneously & works efficiently and effectively under deadlines
  • Communicates project status, bringing forward any issues impacting the schedule to the Senior Director of Resource Development for resolution
  • Assists in creating content that fosters social engagement on the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Keeps abreast of industry trends relating to video production
  • Acts as ambassador for the brand
  • Performs other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field or education and level of experience that allows individual to perform the responsibilities

  • Excellent videography, creative writing, and language skills
  • Solid Adobe Premiere Pro or other NLE software experience
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines·
  • Basic knowledge of lighting techniques·
  • Experience using audio recording equipment·
  • Creativity and imagination to produce original ideas
  • Highly organized and task oriented, able to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Work, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

PHYSICAL

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, talk and hear for extended periods of time
  • The employee is frequently required to, type data, and operate office equipment and video and audio equipment
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move 10-15 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
  • Specific visions abilities required for this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • This position is required to work a flexible 40-hour work week, in a corporate office environment.and the ability to work in a production location, as needed.
  • Ability to work occasional weekends during location shoots, as needed.
