Onboarding: Remotely on Friday, December 5th from 9am-2pm.

Training: Monday-Friday: 8am-3:30pm for several weeks.

Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday: 4pm-12:30pm along with overtime that can be expected regularly throughout the week and on Saturdays.

Purpose: A Quality Assurance Representative I independently inspects a few standardized procedures items or operations. This position involves auditing of quality standards and preparation of reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviews completed work and administers the company's quality control procedures to ensure all client work is at or above required accuracy rates:
    • Review all scanned documents.
    • Review doc ID and dates for accuracy.
    • Review and log error codes.
    • Make corrections for identified errors.
  • Verify completed work and perform all program checks specified at the beginning and at the end of a job.
  • Conduct auditing of completed client work to check for accuracy.
  • Audit completed work of Quality Assurance Representative I.
    • Complete paper to image audit.
  • Update operators Quality Control reports.
  • Completes QC meetings with team members to discuss and review errors.
  • Reference work instructions as needed.
  • Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.

Qualification Requirements –

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Able to read, write and speak English.
  • Able to maintain confidential information.
  • Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
  • Must have knowledge of the General Clerk I position.
  • Able to type 8,000 keystrokes per hour.
  • Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Suite experience.
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically.
  • Above average written and verbal communication.
