Onboarding: Orientation is remote on Friday, November 7th from 9am-2pm

Training: Onsite training would begin the following Monday from 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. Overtime can be expected regularly throughout the week as well as Saturdays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide a guiding and directive role to ensure overall job knowledge by training each job function, facilitating training material and technical writing for procedures.
  • Confers with managers and supervisors to determine technical training needs.
  • Develop, write and deliver technical documentation of job instructions and procedures for multiple areas. Coordinate completion with operations team.
  • Facilitate the technical training of material for new hires and refresher updates for all team members.
  • Monitor procedures looking for ways to enhance process improvement activities.
  • Organize and develop training materials, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational/training materials.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate feedback; responsible for conducting feedback meetings.
  • Conduct periodic training needs analysis; identify needs for refresher and re-training sessions, develop schedules for delivery; develop and deliver training materials.
  • Assist in the development of new training courses associated with the introduction of new jobs, services, and skills.
  • Interface with external quality team to review error log, prepare rebuttals for errors, and determine classification of errors to include next steps.
  • Be flexible in an environment by championing and embracing change.
  • Travel to other production facilities as needed to conduct new hire and focus trainings.
  • Assist with workflow queues to help manage volumes.
  • Check emails throughout the day and correspond with leaders to coordinate upcoming trainings, process updates communications and work instructions updates.
  • Researches and responds to various inquiries regarding process questions.
  • Meets with external customers weekly regarding question/error logs, direction and quality updates.
  • Uses Survey Monkey for tips of the week, quizzes and ad hoc needs.
  • Runs quality report daily or as needed is Director’s absence. Communicate reports to leadership teams. Analyzes error trends to identify focus training needs.
  • Required to attend mandatory meetings and trainings, work scheduled overtime with minimal notice, and perform other duties as assigned per business needs.

Qualification Requirements –
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Associate degree from a two-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Able to read, write and speak English.
  • Able to maintain confidential information.
  • Successfully pass and maintain acceptable background checks and security clearances.
  • Experience in assessing developmental and learning progress.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Technical aptitude for comprehension and instruction.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
