BCM One, a global telecommunications company, is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our growing in-house team in Makati! Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers? As a Data Entry Specialist in our Technology Optimization Group, you'll play a crucial role in collecting and analyzing data for invoices that support our Enterprise clients. You will get exposure to many carriers quickly which is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career in telecoms!

Work Locations:

This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Makati City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company. This position must live and be authorized to work in the Philippines; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Hours:

Night Shift - 9pm to 6am local. (9am to 6pm Eastern US business hours.)

What You Will Do:

• Accurately enter carrier invoices into our system within established timelines.
  
• Follow, maintain, and contribute to comprehensive documentation including, but not limited to: invoice records, audit trails, address remittances, and discrepancies.
  
• Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate any issues that may impact invoice processing.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow adherence.
  
• Develop proficiency in our proprietary software platform.
  
• Assist in training other team members as needed.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Networking/IT is strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years toward a Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of professional experience can be accepted in lieu of degree requirements.
  
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the team’s success.
  
• Ability to think critically and audit your own work.
