Chief Revenue Officer (Northeast Based)

BCM One is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale our revenue generation efforts while driving sustainable business growth across our three core business segments.
As CRO, you will lead a global, cross-functional team spanning Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Revenue Operations. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute a cohesive revenue strategy that drives growth, strengthens customer retention, expands market presence, and aligns teams around a unified vision to deliver exceptional results.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven, results-focused leader with deep expertise in B2B, enterprise, and channel sales—someone who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, build scalable revenue engines, and enhance the performance of high-impact sales and revenue teams.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute strategic revenue plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives across three business units.
- Champion investment cases, develop strategic roadmaps, and drive execution to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Guide, mentor and inspire sales teams to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Build and deepen relationships with partners, customers and enterprise clients.
- Own end-to-end revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and performance tracking.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to create seamless go-to-market strategies.
- Instill a metrics-driven, high-energy sales culture that thrives on accountability and success.
What You Will Need:
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience in revenue generation, sales, and business development, with a strong track record of international technology sales. Telecom industry is a plus but not required.
Strong track record of leading sales teams to improve recurring revenue sales growth and customer relationships. - Discipline in holding teams accountable via a sales methodology (e.g. Value Selling), forecasting discipline, account planning, territory planning, etc.
- Driving success metric-oriented lead growth through multiple marketing channels.
- Leading successful Inbound/Outbound efforts via SDR teams.
- Leading revenue operations function.
- Optimizing growth with varying territory and account coverage strategies.
- Deep experience with driving both direct and channel go to market strategy.
- Business plan development and presentation at board level.
- Prioritizes customer and team facing travel.
Work Locations:
This position offers hybrid or fully remote flexibility, with a preference for candidates based in the Northeast region. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.
