BCM One is looking for a Service Delivery Engineer to expand our Pure IP Engineering team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for provisioning, configuring, and managing new services for Pure IP customers — ensuring every implementation is executed to the highest technical and operational standards. From SIP trunking and Teams Direct Routing to Zoom and Webex integrations, you’ll help businesses stay connected by delivering secure, reliable, and scalable communication solutions.

This role heavily collaborates with cross-functional teams like Service Delivery Managers, Account Managers, and Support teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and hand over services seamlessly, while maintaining internal system accuracy for billing and reporting.

Work Locations:

This is a hybrid or remote optional position with the ability to be based out of one of the following office locations: Grand Rapids, Michigan, Herndon, Virginia, Alpharetta, Georgia, or Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Hours:

Eastern Business Hours, typically 8am to 5pm

What You Will Do:

  • Implement and configure technical services for new and existing customers (SIP, Teams, TLS, Webex, Zoom, etc.)
  • Configure and decommission services in Ribbon SBC 5K/PSX and Pure IP’s billing platform (PortaOne)
  • Manage porting orders, DIDs, and routing updates with precision and care
  • Monitor and manage the ServiceNow queue, proactively addressing customer updates and technical inquiries
  • Test and validate all configurations before delivery, ensuring reliability and failover readiness
  • Collaborate with providers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve provisioning issues
  • Ensure smooth handovers to customers and internal support teams
  • Maintain compliance with company security and information-handling standards
  • Tackle complex provisioning challenges with a proactive, problem-solving mindset — even under pressure
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, colleagues, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Take ownership of each delivery from start to finish, ensuring every service is implemented and handed over with precision
  • Approach every task with flexibility and curiosity, identifying smarter, more efficient ways to achieve success

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar technical or VoIP service delivery roleExperience with Ribbon SBC + PSX (preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A methodical, customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering excellence
  • Familiarity with cloud PBX systems, SIP trunking, and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
  • Strong understanding of IP networking, SIP call flows, and packet capture analysis
  • A degree in Networking, IT, Computer Science or a related field is desirable, but not required.
