BCM One is seeking a Pure IP Supervisor to lead and manage the daily operations of our Cloud Enablement, NOC Support, Managed SBC Administration, and Service Delivery Administrator teams within the Pure IP segment. This leadership position ensures that cross-functional operations are executed effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of Pure IP.

You will play a key role in supervising multi-disciplinary teams, managing workload distribution, monitoring KPIs, and driving operational excellence across core service functions that power our global telecom services.

Work Locations:

This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Makati City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company.

Hours:

Hours are subject to change based on business needs. This role will typically be night shift - 9pm to 6am local. (9am to 6pm Eastern US business hours.) The role will need to flex hours to support 24x7 teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead day-to-day operations for Cloud Enablement, NOC, Service Desk, Managed SBC Admin, and Service Delivery units.
  • Monitor troubleshooting and escalation steps to ensure alignment with service-level KPIs.
  • Manage task prioritization and workload balancing across teams.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering continuous performance improvement.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to Pure IP Leaders.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within agreed SLA timelines and with high accuracy.
  • Promote adherence to telecom compliance, security practices, and industry standards.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role across multiple departments.
  • Telecommunications experience is required; preferably in an international environment.
    • Knowledge of telecom services (Voice and Data) is required.
    • Experience in fraud investigation within telecom or IT.
    • Experience with NOC protocols, SBC administration, number porting, and international telecom regulations (NZ, UK, US).
    • Understanding of IP networks, VoIP, SIP, and telephony administration.
  • ITIL Certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 standards is a plus.
  • Proficient in ticketing systems and operational tracking.
  • Strong skills in Excel (advanced level).
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 and Active Directory (on-prem/Azure).
