BCM One is seeking a Data Analyst to support our expanding Ecommerce Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for uncovering insights within data to provide business and operational recommendations. This position will focus on supporting dashboards, analyzing churn insights, and contributing to real-time growth and revenue optimization efforts. The role will directly support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer retention and minimizing churn within a fast-paced, high-visibility sales environment.
Responsibilities include examining our Ecommerce sales and customer lifecycle data to identify risk indicators, monitoring key performance metrics, and highlighting opportunities to strengthen client relationships. This high-impact position is well-suited for an individual who excels at translating numerical data into compelling narratives and actionable dashboards.
Work Locations:
On site 5 days per week in our Grand Rapids, Michigan office. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.
Hours:
40 hours per week; Monday-Friday approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain dashboards that help visualize churn trends and customer behavior.
- Analyze sales and retention data to identify at-risk accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to flag upsell and retention opportunities.
- Provide insights that help shape proactive outreach strategies.
- Assist in competitive metrics compilations including SWOT analysis and pricing exercises.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science or similar field.
- 0-2 years of experience in the data analytics field.
- Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and similar functions.
- Familiar with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Proficient in story telling and creating PowerPoint presentations to share data findings.
- Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communicator who can turn data into actionable insights.
- Eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
