Sales Support Specialist, Order Entry

Work Locations:
This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Makati City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company. This position must live and be authorized to work in the Philippines; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.
Hours:
Hours will be 9am to 6pm Eastern US business hours which is 9pm to 6am Philippines time. This is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
What You Will Do:
- Create, validate, and configure Level 1 and 2 order type orders with efficiency and accuracy within internal and external systems.
- Presales research including Customer Service Record (CSR) review and portability (LRN) qualification.
- Review carrier terms and customer agreements to determine early termination fees where applicable.
- Work with the Pricing and Sales Team on responses to signed orders within SLAs.
- Gather required product/service technical information from customers.
- Resolve open issues and tickets for the Operations team.
- Account documentation and contracts accuracy are maintained through appropriate internal systems.
- Internal and external communication regarding order details on Level 1 and Level 2 order types.
- Timely and accurate execution of projects.
- Perform other duties and business projects as assigned by the supervisor.
What You Will Need:
- 3+ years’ experience in the telecommunications area.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of the telecommunications services within the industry.
- An understanding of sales and pricing principles and practices.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, administrative, and time management skills.
- Excellent team working.
- Experience in high-volume data entry.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
