Are you ready to take charge of a high-impact, people-first billing operation? BCM One is looking for a Billing Support Manager I to lead our SkySwitch Billing team in the Philippines. In this hybrid role, you’ll drive billing excellence, mentor a talented team, and collaborate globally to streamline operations, improve partner experience, and ensure financial accuracy across our growing UCaaS business.

Work Locations:
This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Bacolod City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company. This position must live and be authorized to work in the Philippines; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.
Hours:
Based on US Business hours - 9am to 6pm Eastern US time (9pm to 6am Philippines time). These are subject to change based on the needs of the company. Some weekend hours will be required for bill runs.
What You Will Do:
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and mentor Billing Specialists, foster collaboration, and coach your team to success.
- Own the Billing Lifecycle: Oversee monthly bill runs, account reconciliations, credit approvals, prepaid balances, and ticket workflows.
- Deliver Exceptional Partner Support: Be the go-to expert for partner billing inquiries and ensure your team consistently delivers timely, high-quality support.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure a seamless billing experience.
- Optimize & Innovate: Analyze data, generate reports, implement billing best practices, and continuously improve operational processes.
- Drive Compliance: Maintain alignment with regulatory standards and assist in internal/external audits.
What You Will Need:
- 5+ years of experience in the telecom or cloud industry, with deep knowledge of UCaaS and billing operations
- Proven leadership experience managing billing or operational support teams
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure, manage shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
