We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Skyswitch Onboarding team as a Billing Services Specialist. This role is instrumental in delivering a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience to our Partners as they adopt and implement our Billing Services Platform.

As a Billing Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in training and supporting our Partners as they implement our billing platforms for their business operations. You will guide them through platform setup, educate them on standard accounting practices, and help them integrate with tools like QuickBooks to optimize their financial workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating structure in evolving systems, and making the complex feel simple. You’ll be managing the onboarding journey for multiple partners at a time, ensuring each Partner completes a planned training path that spans at least one full billing cycle. You’ll track progress, surface roadblocks, and refine our onboarding playbook using tools like Asana—all while working cross-functionally with other internal teams.

This is a high-impact role where your ownership, empathy, and communication will directly influence Partner success, satisfaction, and long-term retention.

Work Locations:

This is a hybrid position and must be based out of one of the following office locations: Herndon, Virginia, Alpharetta, Georgia, or Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. This position must live and be authorized to work in the United States; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.

Hours: typically 8am to 5pm Eastern with some flexibility for Partners that may be in different regions.

Travel: Less than 10% annually within the US

What You Will Do:

  • Deliver comprehensive training to partners on our Billing Services Platforms and quote tool.
  • Guide partners through QuickBooks integration and general accounting best practices.
  • Assist with partner billing account setup and orientation sessions.
  • Respond to and resolve partner support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality partner experiences.

What You Will Need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the Telecommunications/UCaaS Industry.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience with QuickBooks Online and or Desktop Software.
  • Must have at least 1 year experience with billing and general accounting practices.
  • Must have an excellent working understanding Microsoft Office 365 Software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confidence presenting and leading training sessions.
  • Prior experience in training, onboarding, or customer support is required.
