Are you passionate about risk analysis, compliance, and delivering excellence? BCM One is looking for a Quality Analyst to pioneer a new function within our Ecommerce division. This role is essential to safeguarding our business and ensuring regulatory excellence across our KYC processes.

As a Quality Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our Know Your Customer (KYC) program by reviewing client profiles, conducting risk assessments, and building/ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. You’ll work cross-functionally to help us stay ahead of fraud, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive operational quality.

Work Locations:

This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Makati City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company.

Hours:

Night Shift - 9pm to 6am local. (9am to 6pm Eastern US business hours.)

What You Will Do:

  • Review client profiles, CPNI document collection, and assess risk to support approval decisions.
  • Ensure KYC forms and documentation are accurate and compliant.
  • Monitor and track KYC records and due diligence processes.
  • Prepare reports including, but not limited to, productivity, risk assessments, and industry trends.
  • Support investigations by conducting comprehensive background research.
  • Engage with clients and client-facing teams to gather and validate information.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and global regulations including CPNI and FCC regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Actively participate in building and enhance processes.

Success in This Role Looks Like:

  • Timely and accurate delivery of reviewed client profiles and risk reports.
  • Compliance with SLA timelines and audit standards.
  • Quality insights delivered through analytical and statistical reporting.
  • Proactive risk mitigation through investigative reviews and background checks.
  • Reducing backlogs of pending approvals.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or similar.
  • 3 years of experience in KYC, risk assessment, or fraud analysis.
  • Background in Telecom, BPO, IT-enabled, or Financial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, KYC/KYB processes, and fraud investigation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and statistical analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; Professional English is required.
  • High attention to detail with analytical thinking, and impeccable time management.
  • Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt is a plus.
  • AML/CFT training or Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC) experience is strongly preferred.
