As the ECommerce Operations Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of leading our Customer Care, Technical Support, and Line Number Porting (LNP) teams. Your leadership will ensure operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and uphold the highest standards in customer service. You’ll be a key figure in bridging communication between customers, account managers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and problem resolution.

Work Locations:

This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Makati City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company.

Hours:

Night Shift - 9pm to 6am local. (9am to 6pm Eastern US business hours.)

What You Will Do:

  • Lead & Inspire – Supervise and mentor a team of customer care and technical support professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Optimize Operations – Manage ticket escalations, oversee workload distribution, and ensure efficient task completion within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Drive Performance – Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, implement improvements, and report key insights to E-Commerce Functional Managers.
  • Problem-Solve & Innovate – Ensure troubleshooting steps align with business KPIs, continuously improving customer experience.
  • Engage & Collaborate – Work closely with U.S. leadership, providing strategic insights and operational solutions.
  • People Management – Serve as the on-site support for HR-related matters, ensuring employee engagement and adherence to company policies.

What You Will Need:

  • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a telecommunications company, specifically.
  • Bachelor’s degree; equivalent work experience in telecom leadership considered.
  • Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, customer service, technical support, and service delivery.
  • Experience in servicing international markets.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
