At Pure IP, we are a global leader in enterprise communications, committed to delivering innovative solutions to our clients. We’re looking for an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy and execution. In this hybrid role, you will lead efforts across SEM, SEO, website updates, email nurture campaigns, paid social, and performance reporting to drive growth and engagement.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all digital marketing activities to ensure Pure IP’s online presence remains competitive and effective. This role is key to driving targeted traffic, improving lead nurturing, and enhancing our overall digital footprint. You'll be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, managing the end-to-end process across multiple platforms.

Work Locations:

This position will be Hybrid out of our London office. Typically, 2 to 3 days in the office with WFH the remainder. This position is not eligible for sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.

Work Hours:

8/9am to 5/6pm local

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct ongoing keyword research, optimize ad copy, manage SEM campaigns, and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Website Management: Ensure timely updates, create new pages, and perform regular website maintenance to support ongoing marketing and sales efforts.
  • Email Nurture Campaigns: Design and execute automated email workflows that engage and nurture leads, ensuring a seamless lead-to-sales pipeline.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly deliver comprehensive reports on website traffic, campaign performance, SEM, SEO, and other digital activities. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Paid Social Media: Manage paid social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn, to drive demand and engagement with key target accounts.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborate with strategic partners like Microsoft and CDW to build dedicated microsites and implement retargeting strategies for key accounts.
  • Partner Hub Management: Oversee the optimization of our Partner Hub, reporting on usage and making recommendations for improvements to drive KPIs.
  • External Digital Agency: Collaborate to ensure accurate digital lead tracking and reporting, optimizing systems to support SEM and SEO efforts.
  • Internal Team: Work closely to ensure website updates are aligned with content strategy and performance goals, following best design practices. Working alongside our internal content team and third party website agency.

Key Deliverables:

  • Monthly Keyword Research & Analysis: Ensure that both paid and organic digital efforts are targeting the right keywords, improving SEM and SEO performance.
  • Website Traffic & Optimization: Increase website traffic and improve user experience through performance reports and optimization strategies.
  • SEM Campaigns: Run, monitor, and optimize SEM campaigns, using A/B testing and insights from our digital partners for tracking and reporting.
  • ABM Microsites: Create co-branded microsites for key accounts, leveraging partner insights and strategic data to deliver impactful digital experiences.
  • Paid Social Strategy: Lead LinkedIn and other paid social efforts to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Email Nurtures: Develop and implement nurture workflows to keep leads engaged until they are sales-ready.

    Required Experience:

    • 5+ Years in Digital Marketing: Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across SEM, SEO, email marketing, and paid social platforms.
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Expertise: Demonstrated experience in running, optimizing, and analyzing paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Experience with A/B testing and ad copy optimization is essential.
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Hands-on experience with SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, backlink building, and monitoring organic search performance.
    • Email Marketing & Automation: Experience in creating, executing, and optimizing email nurture campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms, with a focus on lead nurturing and engagement.
    • Website Management & CMS Proficiency: Solid experience in managing and maintaining websites using CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar, ensuring timely updates and performance optimization.
    • Paid Social Campaigns: Deep understanding of paid social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn, with proven success in driving demand and engagement through targeted paid social efforts.
    • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Experience in developing and managing ABM strategies, including the creation of dedicated content microsites for key accounts.
    • Performance Reporting & Analytics: Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms for performance tracking, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and HubSpot. Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Collaboration with External Agencies: Experience working with digital agencies for SEO, SEM, or web development, ensuring the agency delivers quality work and achieves campaign goals.
    • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, websites, and digital projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
