To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Provisioning Specialist with experience supporting US customers. The Provisioning Specialist is responsible for receiving the orders submitted by Account Managers for Pure IP’s Voice Services, then liaising with the customer on the requirements, procuring the numbers from upstream carriers, and handing over the information to the engineers for configuration.

Work Locations:

This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Makati City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company.


Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business. This role is scheduled for night shift - 9pm to 6am PH time.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as the administrative point of contact for customer orders, new numbers, cancellations, and US porting.
  • Ensure that provisioning tasks are escalated correctly within the agreed SLAs.
  • Liaise with suppliers/vendors to ensure services are delivered on time to our customers.
  • Liaise with customers and Account Managers to ensure that we have the correct and complete information from them to fulfill their requests.
  • Ensure that customers have a positive experience when working with our provisioning department.
  • Other duties as required.

What You Will Need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Number Porting and activations, preferably with US experience and/or in a Service Delivery type of role with voice services supporting things like delivering new numbers (DIDs) and SIP trunks.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to work overnights.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 365 (specifically Excel and Word).
  • Strong attention to detail.
