BCM One is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our growing SkySwitch Revenue team. As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be responsible for a variety of activities that span the full customer journey; from new partner onboarding, training, and general account management.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to wear many hats and work cross-functionally with team members in Sales, Partner Success, and Marketing to drive revenue growth and deliver an exceptional experience to our partner base while gaining hands-on experience in a hyper-growth company.

This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, and Onboarding and Training. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about furthering their career in a revenue-generating function. Skills that are essential to success in this position include strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.

Work Locations:

This is a hybrid position based out of our Blue Bell, Pennsylvania office. The team typically enjoys 2 to 3 work from home days per week, with flexibility.

Hours:

8/9am to 5/6pm Eastern

Travel:

Less than 5%, at least 1 trip annually.

What You Will Do:

  • Learn and perform key functions within the White Label Revenue team such as product demonstrations, solution-selling, partner training, and account management.
  • Assist Revenue teams in daily business activities and special projects as requested.
  • Track and maintain activity and records through CRM tools.
  • Report on key metrics to measure effectiveness and utility.
  • Operate with the highest level of integrity, honesty, and accountability.
  • Maintain an enthusiastic and positive attitude to provide top-level customer-first service.
  • Learn and thrive in a team-centric environment.

What You Will Need:

  • Associate's degree or comparable experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is required.
  • Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Hubspot or similar).
  • Administrative skills that include setting appointments and webinar/web demonstrations.
  • Knowledgeable in social media for business - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
  • Customer-first attitude; adept at seeing situations through the eyes of others, and understanding their needs, challenges, and concerns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-volume environment.
