Reports to: VP, Production & CIO

Schedule / Shift: Monday – Friday; Days and occasional hours outside of normal business operations as needed; 37.5 per week

Pay: $23.07/hr ($45,000/yr)

Job Overview

The position is responsible for all aspects of network administration support including servers, desktop systems, hardware/software and office systems. In addition, the role will involve using knowledge of various information security technologies to provide technical security advice, and influence design, policy and strategy.


  • Network administration and preventive maintenance (including firewalls, servers, backup, security management, user account management, e-mail accounts and server configuration, internet access, office systems and applications support).
  • Monitoring IT network to ensure availability to all users.
  • Follow security trends and stay abreast of technology changes.
  • Roll out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
  • Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.
  • Align IT risk management within IT productivity objectives.
  • Performs technology needs analysis.
  • Knowledge of MS365 environment, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Skills & Abilities

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) both in deployment and administration
  • Experience with the following: Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, patch management.
  • Working knowledge of WAN/LAN/WIFI technology, Windows scripting/logging/auditing, encryption.
  • Linux experience a plus.

Language Ability:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
    • Other languages are an asset.
